With 20 years of experience in leadership, advisory, and teaching, my work spans NGOs, non-profits, bilateral agencies, and academia. I have served as Project Manager, Country Director, Quality Assurance Specialist, and Consultant. As a Senior Lecturer at ETH Zurich, I taught further education courses for development practitioners and policymakers.

My expertise encompasses the design, implementation, and appraisal of development and humanitarian projects both abroad and at headquarters. With deep expertise in capacity building, I have delivered numerous trainings in results-based management, monitoring and evaluation, and decolonizing aid for diverse audiences.
